R&D Efforts to Make Packaging more sustainable, more simple and functional.
Since the Global warming impact, our R&D team are focus on one single type of materials which could highly recyclable.
One of our workshop is polyethylene Film Blowing, we adjust the formula which can meet the high strength need, it could carry the 0.5-10KG product. It is good for Rice, cat litter, snacks, nuts and other products for packaging.
The Structure of this type of products is BOPE/PE, the thickness could be from 80micron up to 190micron.
The second project, we are doing is functional, for some heavy bag we add external handle for flat bottom bag, it is easy to carry. Nice display for some medium heavy packaging.
The third project, we are doing for high barrier packaging which good to pack sweet corn, pre-made vegetables, and all types of salty vegetables. The OTR(Oxygen transmission rate) and WVTR(Water vapor transmission rate) is under 0.5g/(m². 24h) and 0.5g/(m².24h.0.1Mpa). High barrier package will brought a long shelf life, keep the food within fresh color, and good to display on the shelf.
