In response to these challenges, MF PACK has proactively developed a new generation of Foil-Free High Barrier Packaging Materials.

What is Foil-Free High Barrier Packaging?

This innovative packaging structure replaces traditional aluminum foil with metalized films (such as MET-PET or MET-OPP) and integrates advanced high-barrier coating technology. The result is a recyclable, cost-effective solution that delivers comparable barrier performance to aluminum-based laminates.
