Temperature Range and Retort Requirements
Our retort pouches are designed to handle sterilization temperatures ranging from 121°C to 135°C. This range covers most food and pet wet food applications, including ready meals, soups, sauces, tuna, and cat or dog wet food.
1. Low-temperature sterilization (around 121°C): suitable for soft content such as sauces and light soups.
2. Medium-temperature sterilization (125–130°C): ideal for most pet wet food and human ready meals.
3. High-temperature sterilization (up to 135°C): recommended for meat-based, protein-rich recipes that require stronger bacteria control and longer shelf life.
Material Structure Options
